Waterfiends all the way, do Familiarization beforehand to get triple charms for a small period of time, and get the Charm Imp if you don't already :)

it all depends on your method, rock lobsers are good, but because of the nerf of protection prayers (unless you have zealot amulet) makes it a little harder, wfs are easy and afk with imp

In terms of afk, I prefer Dagganoths with a cannon and blood barrage. Quite costly, but you can stay there indefinitely.
