Two effigies in a row at Bandos?? What is this, 2011??

It was confirmed by a Jmod that when they nerfed effigies, they actually increased the drop chance at certain bosses.
Wait, when and how were they nerfed?
February 2012 was the huge effigy nerf. Jagex saw people using it to train rc (pre-runespan) and nerfed the drop rate. They also decreased drop chances based on how many you have, causing my surprise.
Also, you can only have a maximum of 5 at any one time I think.
