So Jagex is making P hats essentially worthless in 07scape. What is everyone's opinions on this? I personally like it. A paper crown should not cost hundreds of millions of gp.
TBH I've always hated that PHats, Santas, and such were so expensive. You should get the Holiday item for being there, not because you found a way to get 2b. Holiday items should not be buyable.
I think the reason they're still tradeable in EOC is because too many people would ragequit if they were made untradeable. I heard some time ago that rares like phats were a mistake. I believe that.
making them wasn't the mistake. not realizing that players would decide to start selling them instead of the giving them freely as gifts in the spirit of the holidays that spawned them was.
