Um... If 'The World Wakes' requires only 140 combat and a certain person dies during that quest, at the hands of another, using X. But that X isn't found til other certain quests are done How it work?
That's the thing... the quest was opened up like that to allow all to experience the story since the entire game year is moving forward. It doesn't make sense but they want everyone to do it.
140 combat is hardly everyone They shoulda done a time travel thing where you're helped in the fights by some mysterious stranger, then optional minquest where you go back do the fight for combat xp
