I would much rather have them fixing the game or improving customer support than working on sound which most people won't listen to. Just my feelings...
Also, I do not understand what is wrong with the game. And if you want the audio team, a department of Jagex dedicated to audio only, on customer support, then lol.
Its going to sound amazing, but I would love those in charge of game development to start working on HTML5 fps. I really want to test it, but its crazy how many high-end systems can't run it.
