I can definatley relate, I lost this account at level 105 or so 2 years ago, recovered it 3 months ago at level 128. Waiting for the pin to be removed was hell.

They made the recovery page really detailed now so it's easier to recover. All I did was enter the ISP name, Zip code, and the original password and some others and it worked in less than an hour.
