Updates are often pushed back by Jagex. We should all be very familiar with this by now. While 2007Scape *MAY* have affected it, it is unlikely to have been the only cause.
Adam no need to be immature. They simple put a lot of effort into one part of the game and it's affecting another part. If it reaches 500k votes, we'll have our own dev team!
Back to my original argument; have some consideration. It's not like there's 26 people on the new servers and they're holding up the normal rs. There are a lot of people on the new servers.
On Runescape.com it says "small team" under 250k, and "additional dedicated development team" under 500k+. We're at 418k. Nothing to be mad each other when it's the truth..
