then in January the votes get shipped to Washington D.C. and are counted by the senate, the house and the supreme court. The head of the supreme court will be the one who tallies the votes....
So really the elctoral collage members who say they are going to vote for Obama don't have to vote for him and can vote for McCain... But that's never happened and most likely will not happen...
