I think I remember Mod Mark saying somewhere that those were a fault of players' internet connections, not the game. :L

Loading screens? The only one I see save a small flicker when entering my house is when I start the game XD

It only happens near the lodestone in falador, port sarim, and in the godwars dungeon its an issue with the game
