Black Ops 2 gets a 7/10 from me. It's fun, but there's really nothing new in it, content-wise. Some new maps, small gameplay differences. First game I went 16-6 :D
how does 'nothing new' get a 7? Surely if its nothing new you can just play an older game? (given that it's all on the same console and hence very very similar graphical fidelity?)
