No they wont. Its that momentum thing that they have had in for ages. They are making it out like its some grand new thing just so people don't quit in the run up to the 20th.
momentum bites you wont have a full bar to use it off of just regular auto attacks for roughly half an hour. so 2 uses per hour after the first half hour vs constantly pressing ability buttons.
