Signing the rest of my papers tomorrow to join the Air Force, tomorrow I separate myself from the average 18 year old and become something so much more.

i don't understand how just joining the air force automatically makes you something more. you're still 18, nothing more nothing less..
Its a big step for me, I'm not saying it makes me better than other people

Going from being a kid with other kids in school to a kid with primarily adults in the real world. It's a big change, lupike. EDIT: Most adults still consider an 18 year old a "kid",from what ive seen
he is still the same person, i have no more respect for people that join air force, military, navy, ect.. then i do as the person that i do not know, they are all the same.
