Just got MalwareBytes anti-virus/malware. All I can say is Malwarebytes > Trend Microsecurity. I just scanned w/ Trend, had nothing come back. Started a MB scan, 2 minutes in 4 things found. cont..
MalwareBytes is not meant to replace your antivirus program, you should still have antivirus. I suggest you dump Trend Micro and get Avira, Avast, or AVG.
I try not to visit bs websites. The nice thing about Trend is it usually warns you about going to fake/malicious websites. I usually check all links before I click on them.
