If you take a break from membership that date shows when your current run started. He could have been p2p from 2002- April 2010, took a break in May, then started in June and it would show that.
That date thing wasn't always there though you could have all 99s before they started that date thing. Or all 99s in F2P plus an ass ton of money could buy you all the mems processing skills then...
