So what do you guys think of my long term investment of an Easter Egg so I can have a good cash stack when I come back? Good idea, bad idea?

Buying an Easter Egg would be a VERY long term investment, as they don't like going up.
Buy a Mask or Santa.

Bad idea. You're not going to profit much, if any.
I'd suggest Fish masks! I bought 12 for 2m and they are 7m now?
You could invest in armor pieces as the price may go way up after beta is released.
