Anyone know the best way to go to Jagex without using their email recovery? Cause whoever hacked me changed the registered email.. Why is there not a waiting time on that,like chnging recov. questions

cant you just do the recovery without the e-mail lol or did they change it

Yep, they went into my email to get confirm the email switch. So now my email isn't registered to that account. Any ideas help.
