You can swap out those pieces with a cheaper peice of the same type, ie instead of pernix body, armadyl body, or black dhide.

you'd think it would be more beneficial to start with those and add what you said ^ I imagine most people going to this have less than a hundred mil, so most of the people cant afford pernix, arma,,
