I sent Jagex an email about my account not getting the activation email, and their auto-response email sends back "we will respond to your issue in 7 days, if not sooner" Still nothing, 10 days later.
lol i messaged oc transpo and they would get back to me in 2 business days, 1 month later I get some bullshit. "They were on March break schedule". No. They weren't. Your website said so.
