After finishing the first unit of Rosetta Stone: Japanese, I feel like I made progress, but I never realized how hard learning a foreign language could be ._.
I've always wanted to try that out but it's too darn expensive. What's worse is that they don't even have a demo for that language. :| Would you recommend it?
Rosetta Stone is a good way to learn the basics of a language. I feel like I would have to study the language in-depth before going to Japan if that tells you anything :/
The fact that the alphabet is completely different doesn't help either :p Does it force you to speak at all? I don't see how it can and that is essential to learning a language.
