some full-screen applications might not let you alt+tab out. so if that's the case, just open up task manager and close the folder you want to, and the task manager. From there go back to the program.
Nah I really wanted something that actually closes the folder as I open the shortcut. May have to use Batch files I guess, atleast until I do everything with rainmeter :P
