I really hate this.. On the other hand IE10 is remarkably fast. What do you guys think of Microsoft forcing the Metro UI in Windows 8?

Love it, they've needed to do this for quite some time. It's very bold of them just to pull the carpet out from underneath everyones feet. Well done.

It's not practical to waste all that space with a input device as accurate as a mouse. For touch and things like Kinect it's OK, but I think even in that case the UI could have been done better.

I have to agree with mag, I will be spending more time flipping through pages for apps then actually using them due to how big the boxes are.
