hmm well runescape isnt accepting my debit card im sure i have everything valid and it has 13$ on it but ohwell maybe something is messing up with the system? ill try again in the morning

Has it ever worked? My debt card never worked too. I have to use my credit card. I think it is because the transaction goes overseas? That is what my bank said anyway when i called a few years ago.
Well if you need to test it out you can test it on my account. XD
