you "read" them, it gives you 2 skills you can choose from. if u have the lv it needs, u get 15-30k exp, depending on the effigy. or you can get the assist all 4 times, and get a lamp that gives ~30k
Level 91 stage gives 15k xp, 93/20k, 95/25k, 97/30k Lamp gives about 36k at level 90 in the skill and around 20k at level 70 Drop rate is dependent on the combat level of the monster
