What type of food do you most often use while fighting bosses and Slaying? Note: Sara brews, bunyip, and other healing methods do not count. Must be orally ingested.

Rocktail for more challenging tasks, monkfish for normal tasks. Sometimes I just bring enchanted Excalibur though.

I generally don't ever bring food on my slayer task. And if I were to boss I wouldn't bring regular food.
