Idk anything about pc, but get a good mouse is all I can say. Preferably with a minimum of 2 side buttons (yes I know this is a peripheral)

$2000 to $3000 depending specially if u get a solid state hard drive. Also if u build it yourself, otherwise u got to pay someone to build it.

I would say $1000 max, built one for a friend with a recycled graphics card for like 600 bucks. It's a relatively nice computer as well.
