Since I'm starting Runescape again, after several months, I need some armour, what's the best I can buy with ~1,2mil and 65 defense?

I would say dragon legs, granite plate, d med helm, drag boots, obby shield, glory ammulet, obby cape, and drag scimitar. That should add up to a little over 1 mill shouldn't it?
