Xbladez: Is dice scamming even against the rules or not, because idk whether to be reporting these dice scammers i see all over. I dont want to be false reporting.

If they take money and log out, they can be reported for scamming, otherwise, they're just running casinos. Though unlike casinos there are no laws regarding them :S

if you use a trusted dicing clan, its very safe, huge clans like first and dragon dyce charge over 1b for a rank, and the ranks are trusted hosts, which do dice duels, i dice and havent been scammed

Dicing is not illegal but trust trade are. Auto-typing is what gets most dicers muted.
