Members things don't take F2P spots. Just sell stuff you dont use, and drop all that junk you picked up when you think "I'll never fill my bank!" Same thing always happens to me.
Banks are better than they used to be at least, you can keep and store all your p2p items but you'll have to throw away f2p items until you're under the f2p limit (only f2p items count toward it)
