get exp in 10 diff skills to recieve bonus exp worth like 10 lamps?

Seems like a great way to train runecrafting, agility and mining all at once.
Yea I might just save up for it and have it as my first aura.
how much xp do we need to earn in each of those 10 to achieve the reward xp.
ie. do we need to gain 1+ xp in 10 skills or do we need 10k+ xp in 10 skills.
and does the reward amount get affected by how much over the minimum xp to earn it is gained.
ie. minimum earned = 10k xp in 10 skills for reward xp; player earns 20k+ xp in 10 skills, reward xp = 2x.
Alright you only need 1 exp in each skill. You get a lamp that is like the strange rocks.
