I just saw this in the sky. Not my video, but it looked just like this only in a straight line (up down)

Something like that happened to me, but instead of it flickering, they looked like stars, but they slowly moved all the way from the top part of the sky, down, and out of view, and it wasn't stars --
Because I thought about it just being the way the sky moves, as it get's later, because these moved over about 15 minutes. But the other stars didn't move, so i don't know what it was.

It wasn't that. They were in a horizontal line then they all moved together in a ball then spread apart and disappeared. Your theory is invalid.
That's not even close to what mine looked like. Plus, I don't think I'd see China lights in southwest Texas.
It's just the military.LOL.

Yup Military exercise is most likely answer. They remind me of aerial flares and act the same way
