That's really strange. Forum activity only determines whether you appear on the high scores or are hidden. Your account should still be getting updated. I'll look into it.
I was thinking perhaps it has something to do with with username no longer being the same as my RSN but I mean, I'm already on there, so it shouldn't matter. Mike to the rescue!
