I have to check the xp per hour, but i'd hazard a guess of at least 60k/h
I can make 23 tiaras per run, at 45.7 xp per, so thats about 2.5 times the xp of normal training?
tiara xp is slower per hour cause you have to click on each tiara then on the altar.
