With those stats, you have a lot to work with so I'd say try out all the non combat skills and find one you like and stick with it for a while :)

Summoning could go either way, I suppose since it does factor into your combat level and familiars can take part in combat, but they also have skilling uses such as skill boosts and BoB capabilities.

Also keep in mind that you'd have to kill various monsters in order to attain the charms used to train the skill.
