I'd say the changes started with Andrew and company stepping down/being removed from the board of directors. Gerhard made a few changes but nothing as drastic as what we've seen this year.
I guess before Andrew, Paul, and Tedder were removed from the board of directors last year they could have had an effect to lighten changed but it's not like andrew was calling shots anytime recently
