I doubt it will fill; rs has been here for 10 years and if there's only 54 spots taken then people obviously aren't training much on it. If you blast out the xp you say you will surpass people.
Problem is how many of the higher ones are active with the same goal. I need 98.8M EXP Just to break the Top 100 from the current position. No idea how much it will rise when I get there.
