I believe I just figured out why I was getting horrible FPS everywhere... Somehow my on board graphics card was doing all of the work while my nVidia 9800 GTX was just transmitting the signal.

I have the same graphics card, and i must say it performs extremely well. Starcraft 2 on ultra, hell yeah
