been searching everywhere, and maybe I have just mised it alot, but where do I build my own PC? and also if I BUY after effects for mac, can I also install it on my PC for no additional charge?

I would think that you could NOT install it on the PC, unless you use a seperate key. If you don't mind using a crack, at least you could say that you bought the program :S
