had sagi arrows bound since i got to the dunge level for sagitare. the 2 bosses that drop sagi bows ( long and short) also drop 125 arrows with them. max ammo bind.
lowest lvl would be warped floors. but u need someone at least able to pot up to 99 slayer to kill the super rare soulgazer to even hope for it to drop.
