With regards to my problem with loading the game on High Detail, I know I don't need a new graphics card, because it's worked before. What's constructing additional pylons?

Here's my earlier post with info on my problem: I can't log in. Every time I do, it logs me back out again. This only happens on High Detail, I can still play on the old Detail mode. Any advice?
