I could put it on higher detail but I don't like black screening, I was watching a movie at the same time and didn't want the movie or rs to lag (on my netbook)
Just tested and my netbook can run HD at 10 fps or so, not bad. ( I tend to black screen sometimes on anything except Safe Mode but Jagex might have fixed that by now)
