If by proxy, you mean that you plan on playing at school, then download Ultrasurf. I've used it at my school for over 3 years with no problem.

I'll try that out when my current proxy gets blocked, my school blocks new sites and programs on a weekly basis.

Make sure you don't play rs using a proxy, you're runescape account could get locked
