Does anyone know how I would go about getting a new "o" key on my new macbook pro keyboard? The hardware is superb on this computer and I'm surprised that something broke so quickly?

Apple store. That's a relatively small repair, should be fairly low cost.

No it wasn't dropped, was just typing away in rs chat and it has been loosely hanging on ever since

The nearest Apple store is in St. Louis or Chicago and I'm in Springfield Illinois
