The back design of the Veteran Cape looks like a twisted version of the Hyrule crest to me.

At some point, everyone who voted will be a veteran. (Unless they quit)

It shouldn't be up to the veterans now, it should be up to everyone. I just wish it could be customized, instead of 1 design.
