Infinity Ward, Treyarch are dirty bastards.

Easily Treyarch, they actually listen to their people.
Treyarch created zombies aka the only part of COD that is even remotely fun.
Treyarch has zombies, infinity ward has hackers that ruined mw2. Treyarch all the way.
Infinity Ward is my general preference, but I've yet to play Call of Duty: Black Ops.
Treyarch copied everything IW did, it's going to be hilarious to see the next CoD be terrible without IW.
