This is just sick. FatWrecked's account got hacked, and the hacker just uploaded a link to a (possibly) malicious DDoS tool. Sad what lengths people go to do these kinds of things. RIP FatWrecked :(.

Don't download the tool. It's fake.
A) Why would you need to know the IP of someone else? You wouldn't.
B) The IP listed isn't a possible IP.. 255.255.255.255 is the max, not 700+ for each.
Long story short, going to lock. It isn't real, and whoever downloads this is begging to be hacked themselves. Not to mention it verges on rule breaking / hacking.
