Any tips for rev dungeon? Can you tele out? Gear?

Bring 1-2 Forinthry braces (1 charge = 1 minute no damage + 1 hour no agression).
Bring 1 sup set + 5-6 prayer pots (protect item + mage).
Bring an item to tele out of level 30 wildy (not tabs).
Then bring gear you don't mind risking. Turn auto-retaliate off so you don't have a chance of being skulled. Mage pray with Barrows legs, d'hide top, whip and neit is four decent items.
There is a good chance of being killed by a barrager/dragon spear team. So keep a look out, team up with non-pkers and prepare to hop often.
