hey guys, I really need help and fast. it is 12:00, me and my mom are incredibly tired, and our grandma's dog WILL NOT STOP BARKING! he is 12 1/2 years old and has had trouble standing up. we took him

to the vet the other day, and they thought he could have a brain tumor.
he keeps chattering, and cannot stand on his back legs. the vets didn't run any tests 'cause they "thought he would be up and g
oin' in a week"
ANY IDEAS? we are trying to get him on his big bed (he is a HUGE labrador)
Hate to say it but in order for him to be the most comfortable he should probably be euthanized to keep him from the pain of getting old
I had a dog that had a tumur years ago. He shook like crazy, as if he was freezing cold and couldn't walk anywhere. Hate to say it, but you have to fear the worst...
if he is in pain, you gotta help him end it.....
yeah, only problem is it isn't our dog and the owner says he is doing fine (which is a lie) and won't put him down
Call animal control and tell them that the owner refuses to take proper care and they can take custody of the dog for neglect maybe?
