Yea.. You can only go so far with bosses before you literally have to mass the boss to get a few kills. 12 people can take down armadyl all day long. Nex is 12 people for 3 kills???
Nex seems pretty crazy. But in general there's been a saturation of high level content. I think of myself as high level, but I'm nowhere near caught up with the mass of updates to skills, etc.
Today Zaros; Tomorrow Guthix :P . They could easily make that update aswell. Caption being: "The Void Knights have invaded the God Wars Dungeon. Do you have what it takes to face their commander?"
Tbh, this update was great! Surely it isn't something I can do until I have overloads/turmoil... but it gives us higher level content to look forward to. Also don't rant on content you haven't tried.
