c1 = 1 minute dungeon 500 - 700xp.
c6 = 5 minute dungeon 5000 - 10k+ xp depending on your prestige level
^both rushing.
the only reason you should be doing c1's is if ur able to do 25 minute larges

for the rest of the floors above 30. to make that hour worth wasting half of it's xp on the c1's 1 - 29.
