He uses diamond (e) when nomad is about to use the "nuke" on him. Ruby (e) has a special that drains a little of your lp. Thus is he speced before the attack.....he would be dead.

Yep, I've been using Ruby bolts (e) all this time, and I just don't attack when he's doing his 779 attack, I just drop vials and restock.
